我个人申请专利的故事：导热油电加热器与加热油炉的创新之旅

特点：

能够在比较低的压力下运行（<0.5Mpa），从而获得较高的工作温度（350℃），降低了用热设备的受压等级，还可以提高系统的安全性。

在加热均匀柔合，温度调节采用了PID自整定智能来进行控制，控温精度高（±1℃），可以满足高工艺标准的严格要求。

体积小，占地少，可以安装在用热设备的附近，不需要设置专人来进行操作，可以降低设备投资以及运行的费用，回收投资快。

电加heat导油炉是一种新型、节能、低压并能提供高温hotenergy of the furnace”的 heat energy is transferred to the heating device through a closed loop, and then returns to the heater for reheating, thus continuously transmitting heat to achieve the desired temperature for heating.

工作原理：

The electric heater is directly inserted into an organic carrier (heating oil) and heated by electricity, using a circulation pump to force the heating oil to circulate in a liquid state, transferring heat to one or more heating devices through convection or radiation, and then returning through the circulation pump back to the heater for reabsorption of heat before being transmitted again.

注意事项：

Operation personnel must undergo training in knowledge related to electric heaters and obtain certification from local boiler safety inspection authorities.

The user unit must establish operating procedures that include startup, operation, shutdown, emergency shutdown methods and precautions.

3.The range within which pipes are laid should be insulated except at flange connections where insulation should not be used.

4.During warming up process open expansion tank drain valve(s)to remove air/water/organic fluid mixture vapour before entering normal operation mode.

5.Organic fluid must have been dehydrated prior use; different types of organic fluids should not be mixed together unless specified by manufacturer; mixing conditions & requirements provided by manufacturer when necessary.

6.Use annual analysis on residual carbon content(acid value), viscosity & flash point of organic fluid; replace if 2 items fail or decomposition product concentration exceeds 10%.

7.Refractory surfaces should be inspected & cleaned periodically; record inspection/cleaning details in boiler technical records

8.Before putting into operation after installation or major repairs perform liquid pressure test at 1½ times working pressure with local boiler safety inspection authority representative attending when required
