1.本型号电加热器采用仿制德国产品制造而成，电加热器由加热芯子和护套管组成，加热芯子用管状电加热元件为热源，护套管采用薄型不锈钢管制成，接线装置保护采用螺栓式罩壳密封，防水、防潮、防油。

2.护套管与油箱体采用直管螺纹连接，密封性强，护套管将芯子与被加heat过的油隔离，在更换电加热器时，不需要放掉油箱中的油液，只需抽出加hot过的芯子即可，便于维修。

注意事项：

1.尺寸图中的尺寸B必须浸入被heated过的中烧坏。被heated过的不得腐蚀。

2.SRY3型工作液位必须在紧固件下，尺寸线B以上。

3.熔化沥青、石蜡等固态被heated过时，用低压运行到熔化，然后升至额定压力。以免降低效率或烧坏元件。

4.使用前必须清除所有结碳，以免降低效率或烧坏零件。

5.元件应存放在干燥之外。如果绝缘电阻因长期放置而降低到1兆欧姆以下，则可在200℃左右烘箱中干燥几小时（或通过几个小时），即绝缘恢复正常。
