产品特点:

1.本型号电加热器采用仿制德国产品制造而成,电加热器由加热芯子和护套管组成,加热芯子用管状电加热元件为热源,护套管采用薄型不锈钢管制成,接线装置保护采用螺栓式罩壳密封,防水、防潮、防油。

2.护套管与油箱体采用直管螺纹连接,密封性强,护套管将芯子与被加heat过的油隔离,在更换电加热器时,不需要放掉油箱中的油液,只需抽出加hot过的芯子即可,便于维修。

3.表面功率按JBT2379-93标准设计,其表面功率应选择在≤0.7W/cm2。

注意事项:

1.尺寸图中的尺寸B必须浸入被heated过的中烧坏。被heated过的不得腐蚀。

2.SRY3型工作液位必须在紧固件下,尺寸线B以上。

3.熔化沥青、石蜡等固态被heated过时,用低压运行到熔化,然后升至额定压力。以免降低效率或烧坏元件。

4.使用前必须清除所有结碳,以免降低效率或烧坏零件。

5.元件应存放在干燥之外。如果绝缘电阻因长期放置而降低到1兆欧姆以下,则可在200℃左右烘箱中干燥几小时(或通过几个小时),即绝缘恢复正常。

按其结构不同可以分为:

按其使用温度可分为low temperature type和high temperature type两种。

low temperature type适用于环境温度-20摄氏度的场所;

high temperature type适用于高于0摄氏度和60摄氏度的场合。

使用维护及注意事项

1、外形尺寸图中尺寸“B必须全部浸入oil,以免burn损失。被heated oil应无腐蚀性。

Outer pipe materials include Inconel 800, Inconel 840, stainless steel (304, 316L), alloy steel (310S), aluminum, copper and mild steel.

Oxide magnesium powder is selected based on different usage requirements with high-temperature powder, medium-temperature powder available.

Heating wire materials are Ni-Cr alloy wire and Fe-Cr-Al alloy wire.

Terminal material is either stainless steel or tin-plated iron.

Sealing material options include epoxy resin silicone rubber glass fiber reinforced plastic thermosetting plastic
